Halkidiki: 78-year-old man found dead on Flogita beach

A 78-year-old man was found unconscious on Flogita beach in Halkidiki. The incident occurred yesterday morning.

According to the Coast Guard, he received first aid from an ambulance crew and was then transported to the Nea Moudania Health Center, where he was pronounced dead.

An autopsy has been ordered by the Second Coast Guard Department of Nea Moudania of the Central Port Authority of Thessaloniki, which is conducting the preliminary investigation.
