Train Breakdown Halts Piraeus-Kiato Route – Suburban Railway Delays

A train operating the Piraeus-Kiato route was immobilized in Aspropyrgos due to a technical fault, causing delays to the Suburban Railway (Proastiakos) services.

According to Hellenic Train, train 1323 was halted at 17:32. A replacement train arrived at the scene, and the 300 passengers were transferred, with the delay reaching 83 minutes.

Hellenic Train is investigating the cause of the fault and has asked for the public's understanding. Delays are expected on other Suburban Railway routes as well.
