Thessaloniki: House Fire Injures Father and Son

A fire broke out in a two-story house in Agios Vasileios, Thessaloniki, in the municipality of Lagadas, in the afternoon. The fire started around 17:50, likely from a wood stove on the second floor.

Twelve firefighters with four vehicles rushed to the scene to extinguish the fire. A father and son were slightly injured with burns to their lower extremities and were transported to the Hippocratio Hospital of Thessaloniki by ambulance. Their condition is not a cause for concern.
