Urban Plan for Kolymbithres, Paros, at the Council of State

A Special Urban Plan (ΕΠΣ) for the Kolymbithres area of Paros, covering 328 acres, has been submitted to the Council of State (ΣτΕ) for approval.

The plan includes the creation of tourist accommodations, including glamping facilities, residences (single and two-story), swimming pools, restaurants, and cultural facilities. The area is divided into units, with the general use being 'tourism-recreation'.

One unit allows tourist accommodations and sports facilities, while another allows residences with the possibility of two floors (on 20% of the built-up area). A third zone is reserved for glamping only. There is also a zone where construction is prohibited, except for widening existing roads.
