4.4 Magnitude Earthquake Near Lamia

A 4.4 magnitude earthquake was recorded near Lamia at 06:53 on Saturday morning.

According to the Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens, the epicenter of the earthquake was located 6 km east-southeast of Xyniada (approximately 30 km from Lamia and 11 km from Domokos). The focal depth was 10 km.

The earthquake was particularly felt in the wider area.
