Rethymno: 50-year-old dies after falling from scaffolding

A 50-year-old man died in Rethymno after falling from scaffolding. The tragic incident occurred on Monday morning (20/10) during construction work.

According to neakriti.gr, the man, who was a contractor, was on scaffolding on his property when, under unclear circumstances, he fell. He was immediately taken to Rethymno Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

EKAV rushed to the scene and transported the unfortunate man to the hospital.
