New sports center in Korydallos by Attica Region

The Regional Governor of Attica, Nikos Hardalias, announced the creation of a new state-of-the-art sports center in Korydallos, on the site of the former Schistos quarries. The project, with a budget of over 10 million euros, includes an athletics stadium, volleyball, beach volleyball, basketball, 5x5 football courts, an indoor gym, and other sports facilities.

During a visit to Korydallos and a meeting with the Mayor Nikos Hoursalas, Mr. Hardalias emphasized that the Region supports projects that improve the quality of life for citizens. The completion of the new swimming pool, the construction of a rainwater drainage network, and the upgrading of school units were also discussed.

The Mayor of Korydallos expressed his satisfaction with the cooperation with the Region, emphasizing the importance of the projects for the development of the area.
