Mitsotakis to Inaugurate Patras-Pyrgos Highway

Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis will attend the inauguration of the new Patras-Pyrgos highway on Thursday. The event for the handover of the 65-kilometer section will take place at 19:00 in a specially designed area at the Pyrgos junction.

The day will begin with a road trip along the highway, starting from Kato Achaia and ending in Pyrgos. On August 1, 2025, the Kaminia – Pyrgos section will be open for traffic.

The first 10 kilometers from Mintilogli to Alissos are expected to be open to traffic on November 30, 2025.
