Kalabaka: Bear Attacks Man – Groin Injury

A man was injured by a bear in the Agiofyllou area of Kalabaka while returning with his wife from a chapel. According to ekalmpaka.gr, the attack occurred when the man moved away from the vehicle to observe wild boars.

The bear attacked him, injuring him with bites to the groin. The man was transferred to Trikala General Hospital for first aid and is hospitalized for monitoring.
