Georgiadis: Report of Fire at Karamanthaneio Hospital is False

The Minister of Health, Adonis Georgiadis, has categorically denied reports that the Karamanthaneio Children's Hospital in Patras is threatened by fire or has suffered damage from it.

In a post on X, Mr. Georgiadis stressed that the relevant post contained a photo from last year's fire and warned that the Ministry of Health will file a lawsuit for spreading false news if the specific post is not immediately withdrawn.

Mr. Georgiadis described this action as an attempt to exploit the difficult situation to create panic.
