Fire in Melissa Lechaina, Ilia – Immediate Mobilization

A fire broke out in low vegetation in the area of Melissa Lechaina, Ilia, on Friday. Strong firefighting forces are participating in the extinguishing effort.

Specifically, 61 firefighters with 18 vehicles, 3 aircraft, and 2 helicopters are operating at the scene. Water trucks and OTA machinery are assisting in the operation.

According to an announcement by the Fire Department, 3 teams of firefighters from the 18th EMODE are operating in the area.
