Fire in Eastern Mani: Extinguishing Operation with Aerial Support

A fire broke out in a difficult-to-access area in Eastern Mani, in the Lachia region. The fire service is working to extinguish the fire, which is burning low vegetation.

33 firefighters are participating in the extinguishing operation with the assistance of two teams of the 9th EMODE and 11 vehicles. In addition, two aircraft and one helicopter are carrying out water drops from the air.
