EMY Issues Weather Warning for Western Greece

The Hellenic National Meteorological Service (EMY) has issued a weather warning for areas of Western Greece. According to the warning, heavy rain and thunderstorms are expected in Corfu, Paxos, and Epirus from Saturday afternoon (30-08-2025) until the early morning hours of Sunday (31-08-2025).

These phenomena will be accompanied by temporary hailstorms. Meteorologist Theodoros Kolydas reports that a well-organized front will affect the northwest with rain and thunderstorms.
