Ferry Disruptions Due to Strong Winds

Ferry routes are experiencing disruptions due to strong winds reaching 8 to 9 Beaufort in many sea areas, according to the Hellenic National Meteorological Service (EMY).
Ships are docked in the ports of Rafina and Lavrio.
The Fire Department has received calls in Attica for tree cuttings and object removal, specifically in Attiki Square, Plato's Academy, Nea Makri towards Penteli, near the Monastery of Agios Efraim, as well as in Liosion.
Winds will blow from western directions 5 to 7 and locally up to 8 to 9 Beaufort, temporarily in the eastern Aegean south-southeasterly with the same intensity, while in Attica the Beaufort scale will be 5-7.
