Farmers Block Thessaloniki-Moudania National Road

Farmers staged a brief, surprise blockade of the Thessaloniki-Moudania National Road, heading towards Thessaloniki, protesting community subsidies and the issue with the ATAK.
The blockade lasted approximately 40 minutes, with police diverting traffic through a bypass at the Scholariou junction.
The farmers had gathered earlier near the Kardia bridge with about 50 tractors and trucks, warning of escalating mobilizations.
At the top of their demands are community subsidies and the issue with the ATAK (Real Estate Identity Number), which, they claim, creates problems in declarations and production support.
The farmers reserve the right to further mobilizations, awaiting a response from the competent ministry.
A similar mobilization took place in Karditsa, where farmers set up a roadblock at the E-65 junction.
