Thessaly Evros Pass: Over 180,000 Applications for Vouchers

The platform for the Thessaly Evros Pass has closed, with over 180,000 applications submitted for vouchers. Specifically, 15,460 applications were submitted for EvrosPass, 98,070 for ThessalyPassA, and 68,450 for ThessalyPassB.

The program, with a budget of approximately 2 million euros for 2025, aims to financially support tourism in the regions of Thessaly and Evros affected by natural disasters. A total of 11,328 cards will be issued.

Beneficiaries will be selected via electronic lottery and will receive virtual digital cards for accommodation, dining, and local transportation in the areas covered by the program.

Specifically, the following will be issued:

• 4,164 cards of 150 euros for Thessaly A
• 4,164 cards of 150 euros for Thessaly B
• 3,000 cards of 200 euros for Evros

The areas covered are:

• Thessaly A: Municipality of South Pelion, Municipality of Zagora Mouresiou, Municipality of Volos
• Thessaly B: Municipality of Lake Plastiras, Municipality of Agia, Municipality of Tempi, Municipality of Pyli (excluding the Municipal Units of Gomfoi and Pialeia), Municipality of Meteora
• Evros: Municipality of Soufli, Municipal Unit of Feres in the Municipality of Alexandroupolis

The action is implemented by the National Infrastructures for Technology and Research (EDYTE A.E. - GRNET) and is funded by the Public Investment Program.
