Deadline for rental declarations to AADE expires on June 30
Share on:

Property owners, tenants, and co-owners have until June 30 to settle outstanding issues regarding rental declarations to AADE.

Specifically, owners must submit termination declarations for leases that expired by April 30, 2025, without penalty. Failure to declare termination may lead to a fictitious extension of the lease and the appearance of fictitious income in Taxisnet.

Tenants and co-owners are required to accept or reject pending rental declarations. According to decisions A. 1068/2025 and A. 1035/2025, if there is no response within 30 days of notification, acceptance is considered tacit.

The new procedure is linked to the operation of the Real Estate Ownership and Management Registry (MIDA), which aims to combat fictitious contracts and undeclared leases. From October, automatic cross-checks with banking data and income statements will be carried out.

Timely compliance is important for the correct tax recording of income from real estate and avoiding inaccuracies in declarations.
