Smaller Homes in Greece? 10 sq.m. Decrease in Athens Center

According to an analysis by ReDataSet, apartments in the center of Athens have decreased by 10 sq.m. since the 1990s. This reduction is not nationwide, but mainly concerns the center of Athens.

While the northern suburbs have recovered, in the southern suburbs the reduction in apartment size is smaller.

The research also examined Thessaloniki and Heraklion, Crete.
