Generali Hellas has announced the signing of an agreement to acquire the Euroclinic Group from Akkadia Holdings Limited. This investment is part of the strategic plan “Lifetime Partner 27: Driving Excellence”, reaffirming the company's commitment to continuously improving the health services offered to its policyholders.

Generali Hellas CEO, Panos Dimitriou, stated that the acquisition strengthens the company's service ecosystem and aligns with the vision for modern, human-centered, and sustainable insurance. Akkadia Holdings, the main shareholder of Euroclinic since 2020, supported the group's development by strengthening infrastructure and clinical competence.

Euroclinic Vice Chairman, Nikolas Plakopitas, mentioned that the agreement with Generali will further boost the Group while maintaining its human-centered character. The completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
