«Greece 2.0»: Proposal for Revision Submitted to the EU

Greece has submitted its proposal for the revision of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan «Greece 2.0» to the European Commission. The aim is to utilize European funding for the country's development and to improve the daily lives of citizens.
The proposal is financially neutral, with reallocations of resources and adjustments to project goals. Actions such as the National Prevention Program «Preventing», the Antinero forest protection program, and the Digital School are being strengthened. Additionally, the gigabit voucher is being expanded, and a risk monitoring system for natural disasters is being added.
Targets for private investments in energy storage and energy saving are being adjusted, while public contributions to PPP projects and the «Apollon» program are being directed to other funding sources.
The European Commission will evaluate the proposal, aiming to give the «green light» for the submission of the 7th payment request in December 2025.
