e-EFKA: New e-service for employed pensioners' applications

e-EFKA has announced the launch of a new e-service for employed pensioners to submit applications. Through this service, pensioners can apply for annual clearance and reimbursement of unduly paid POROS amounts to e-EFKA, for amounts exceeding the annual maximum limit.

The service is accessible through the official e-EFKA website (efka.gov.gr) under "Electronic Services" → "Pensioners" → "Employees". Access is granted using Taxisnet codes and the AMKA number.

Submission of supporting documents or physical presence at e-EFKA services is not required, as the necessary data is automatically retrieved. Applications are linked to the insurance data of the Analytical Periodic Returns (APD) of 2024.

The clearance and refund of amounts will be carried out periodically using automated computerised rules. The amounts will be returned to the beneficiaries' bank accounts, after offsetting any debts to e-EFKA.

e-EFKA clarifies that the service does not handle changes in insurance data regarding the obligation to pay POROS to e-EFKA. For such issues, interested parties must submit Insurance Data Change Forms (DMSA) to the competent local offices of the agency.
