Automatic Tax Returns Starting in 2027

From 2027, tax returns will be filed automatically by the tax authorities. Forms E1, E2, and E3 will be pre-filled, requiring no action from taxpayers, who can simply accept or request a correction.

From January 1, 2026, all rent payments must be made exclusively through banks or payment providers. Cash payments will not be tax-deductible and cannot be declared on form E2. Rental information will be automatically sourced from the banking system.
