Parking Rent Increases Up to 154% in Athens

Finding a parking spot in Athens has become a significant problem, with rental prices increasing by up to 154% in the last five years, according to an ERT report.

The increases mainly affect the city center and expensive areas, where demand is high and supply is limited. In some cases, the rent for a parking space in the center can reach 250 euros.
