Athens: Where are the Most New Houses for Sale and Rent?

According to data from the Spitogatos network, the southern and northern suburbs of Athens concentrate 2/3 of the available new homes for sale or rent.

Specifically, 44% of the supply of newly built homes for sale at the end of 2025 is located in the southern suburbs, while 22% is in the northern suburbs. The Municipality of Athens accounts for 11% and the western suburbs 10%. The remaining percentage is divided between Piraeus (5%) and the eastern suburbs (6%).

The data show that the majority of new homes in Athens are located in the most expensive areas.
