Santorini and Thessaloniki to Join MICHELIN Guide in 2026

The internationally recognized MICHELIN Guide has announced its expansion in Greece for 2026, including Santorini and Thessaloniki.

This move reflects the growing dynamism and gastronomic variety of the Greek restaurant scene. For the first time, the MICHELIN Guide will include three Greek destinations in the same edition (Athens, Santorini, Thessaloniki). The full selection of restaurants will be revealed in the second half of 2026.

This announcement is considered a milestone for the Greek culinary scene, strengthening the country's international position and highlighting local talents and products.
