High School Students in Mock Environmental Trials

The Administrative Court of Athens is organizing an educational simulation of an administrative trial («MOOT COURT ΔΠΑ 2026») on the theme of «Youth and the Environment.»

Students from public and private high schools in Attica are participating in the simulation, which began today and will last until April 22, 2026.

The initiative is under the auspices of the Ministries of Justice and Education, Religious Affairs and Sports. As part of the preliminary process, students submitted memoranda, and after evaluation, 16 teams were selected for the next phase.

The students will take on the roles of judges and litigants, developing skills in legal thinking and argumentation. The award ceremony for the distinguished students will take place at an event of the Ministry of Justice.
