35 Wildfires in Greece in the Last 24 Hours

According to the Fire Service, 35 wildfires broke out across Greece in the last 24 hours. 31 of these were dealt with immediately, while fire crews are still operating on four fronts.

Local investigation offices, as well as units of the Directorate for Combating Arson Crimes (D.A.E.E.), are investigating the causes of the fires.

The Fire Service urges citizens to be particularly careful and to follow the instructions of the competent authorities in the event of a fire.
