Fire Under Control in Apartment Building in Alexandria, Imathia

A fire that broke out in an apartment building in Alexandria, Imathia, has been brought under control. The fire started in one apartment and caused damage to a total of four apartments.

16 firefighters with six vehicles rushed to the scene. An elderly man with respiratory problems was removed from the stairwell and taken to the hospital by an EKAV ambulance.

The causes of the fire are under investigation.
