Poseidonos Avenue Accident: Manslaughter Charges Filed

Manslaughter charges have been filed against a 23-year-old in connection with the fatal traffic accident on Poseidonos Avenue. According to police, the 23-year-old, a Czech national, caused a five-vehicle pile-up while driving under the influence of alcohol.

The incident occurred at the intersection of Poseidonos Avenue and Stratigou Saratsi Street when the 23-year-old's vehicle rear-ended vehicles stopped at a red light. The collision resulted in the death of a 25-year-old Romanian driver and minor injuries to two others.

The 25-year-old was transported to Asklipieio Voulas General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The injured were taken to «Georgios Gennimatas» Hospital. The 23-year-old was arrested and charged with manslaughter, bodily harm, and dangerous bodily harm.
