Tragedy in Astros Kynourias: Two Dead from Electrocution

Two men, aged 57 and 33, died from electrocution in Astros Kynourias while transporting worn tires. The accident occurred when the truck's crane touched power lines.
According to reports, the incident took place in the village of Agios Andreas. The crane, while loading old tires from a gas station for recycling, came into contact with the power lines. The Astros Health Center, ELAS (Hellenic Police), the Fire Department, and a crew from DEDDIE (Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator) were immediately notified.
The two men were taken to the Astros Health Center, where they were pronounced dead. Authorities are investigating the exact causes of the accident.
