Tragedy in Alexandroupoli: Bather Dies

A 74-year-old woman was found unconscious in the sea area of Agia Paraskevi Makris, in Alexandroupoli.

First aid was provided, and she was transferred to the University General Hospital of Alexandroupoli, where she was pronounced dead.

The Central Port Authority of Alexandroupoli is conducting a preliminary investigation and has ordered an autopsy at the Forensic Service of Thrace.
