Turkish Mafia: Luxury Villa in Oropos and Felony Charges

Six Turkish nationals were arrested in Oropos, accused of drug trafficking and illegal possession of weapons. The detainees resided in a luxurious villa with a pool and barbecue, and used expensive cars for their transportation.

According to protothema.gr, the Hellenic Police (EL.AS.) revealed the luxurious lifestyle of the accused, which was combined with criminal activity. Police confiscated notes with amounts and names of customers allegedly linked to the ring.

The Athens First Instance Prosecutor's Office has filed felony charges against the detainees for drug trafficking and illegal possession of weapons as accomplices.

Authorities are investigating the possibility of other Turks attempting to create new rings in Greece.
