Turkey: Investigation into Fake Diploma Ring

Authorities in Turkey are investigating a case involving the issuance of fake diplomas and degrees. According to the ongoing investigation, a gang allegedly forged diplomas and driver's licenses by copying the electronic signatures of officials from public institutions.
It was discovered that 400 people, including professors, may have built their careers on forged diplomas. Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya stated that 197 suspects were arrested and 37 were remanded in custody.
The case came to light after a public official discovered that their electronic signature had been copied. Ziya Kadiroglu, also known as "Ziya Hodja," who had been convicted of similar irregularities in the past, is named as the leader of the gang.
Well-known individuals are allegedly involved in the case, including Abdullah Volkan Uçak (psychologist), Kayihan Osmanoglu (grandson of Abdulhamid II), and Nizam Perk (President of the Nizam-i Cedid Association).
Turkish media report that Abdullah Volkan Uçak worked as a carpet cleaner, while Kayihan Osmanoglu, known as "Prince," faced criticism for his fake history degree.
