Tragedy in Nafpaktia: 27-year-old killed in traffic accident

Grief has been caused by the death of 27-year-old Vangelis Moutsios, who was killed in a traffic accident in mountainous Nafpaktia. The accident occurred on the afternoon of Thursday (August 14) in Livadaki.

According to sinidisi.gr, the motorcycle driven by the 27-year-old collided, under unclear circumstances, with a farm vehicle. Vangelis Moutsios was taken to Karpenisi Hospital, where doctors could not save his life.

Vangelis Moutsios was a graduate of TEFAA Komotini and came from the area. His family resides in Nea Avorani, Agrinio. He was in the village for the celebration of the Dormition of the Theotokos. According to reports, he worked abroad.
