Thessaloniki: Legal Action Over Teacher's Death

The partner of Sofia Christidou, a teacher who passed away in Thessaloniki after suffering a hemorrhagic stroke, has stated that they will be taking legal action against those deemed responsible for her death.
Sofia Christidou died on Saturday (7/3). Following her death, social media posts alleged pressure and bullying in her workplace. Specifically, it was reported that the teacher was under significant pressure in her professional environment and that the stroke occurred after she was referred to a health committee.
Furthermore, there were claims that the teacher faced incidents of bullying from students in the classroom. Accusations were also directed at the school administration, alleging that they did not protect the teacher and that the bullying against her was attributed to problematic teaching.
Her partner, speaking to Mega TV, emphasized that the family is determined to take legal action against those responsible. He stated: "Respect our immense and unexpected grief. Her family and I are determined and will take legal action against those responsible for the death of our beloved Sofia."
When asked about the pressure Sofia was under at school, he replied that they would be taking legal action against those who were responsible.
He also mentioned Sofia's studies, saying that in addition to the four foreign language degrees she held, she was studying Italian philology, demonstrating her love for knowledge.
