Thessaloniki: 20-Year-Old Dies After Stabbing in Kalamaria

A 20-year-old man died in Thessaloniki after a stabbing attack in Kalamaria. The incident occurred in the evening when the young man was attacked by a group of people.

According to initial reports, the victim was found bleeding on Argonafton Street. EL.AS. forces and EKAV paramedics arrived at the scene and tried to revive him, but the 20-year-old succumbed to his injuries at ΑΧΕΠΑ hospital.

The Organized Crime police have taken over the investigation, examining the possibility of fan violence. The victim was allegedly involved in a group that set up fake appointments and attacked people.

Residents of the area reported that the perpetrators waited near the scene of the attack and fled when the police arrived. Investigations to locate them are ongoing.
