Thessaloniki: 35-year-old accused of indecent acts against 5-year-old niece

A 35-year-old man has been arrested in Thessaloniki, accused of indecent acts against his 5-year-old niece. The arrest was made by police officers from the Sub-Directorate for the Protection of Minors of the Directorate for the Prosecution and Investigation of Crimes in Thessaloniki, following a call from the minor's parents to Immediate Action.

According to the complaint, the 35-year-old allegedly committed these acts in an apartment where he was being hosted by the child's parents, yesterday morning. The case file includes charges of rape, sexual acts with minors, and violation of domestic violence laws. The accused is expected to be brought before the prosecutor.
