84-Year-Old Man Dies on Ofrynio Beach in Kavala

An 84-year-old man was found unconscious on Ofrynio beach in Kavala. Despite resuscitation attempts, he was pronounced dead at Kavala General Hospital.

The Central Port Authority of Kavala has ordered an autopsy at the Forensic Service of Thrace to determine the cause of death.

Initial first aid, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), was administered to the 84-year-old on the beach before he was transported to the hospital by an ambulance.
