Tempi Train Crash: Investigation into Forensic Pathologists' Responsibilities – Exhumations

The preliminary investigation into the Tempi train crash is underway, focusing on the potential responsibilities of forensic pathologists. The investigation is combined with requests from victims' relatives for toxicological tests and exhumations.

Out of 20 families approached, five have agreed to the exhumation of the victims. Specifically, these are the families of Karystianou-Psaropoulos, Aslanidis, Konstantinidis, Tilkeridis, and Routsi.

At the same time, forensic pathologists have testified as part of the investigation into possible dereliction of duty regarding the actions taken after the accident.
