15-Year-Old Critically Injured After Cardiac Arrest at Gym in Alimos, Greece

A 15-year-old boy is hospitalized in critical condition at the Agia Sofia Children's Hospital after suffering a cardiac arrest while exercising at a gym in Alimos, Greece.

A doctor present at the gym immediately started CPR, saving the young boy's life until the ambulance arrived and transferred him to the hospital.

The incident occurred on Wednesday afternoon. According to the gym manager, the 15-year-old collapsed after finishing an exercise.

The 15-year-old was initially transported to Asklipieio Hospital and then to Agia Sofia Children's Hospital, where he was intubated. In addition to the cardiac arrest, he also suffered a skull fracture, likely from the fall.
