Skiathos: 23-Year-Old to Testify on Rape Allegation by 17-Year-Old

A 23-year-old is scheduled to testify on Monday following a rape allegation made by a 17-year-old in Skiathos. The 23-year-old denies the charges.

According to gegonotanews.gr, the 23-year-old claims that the 17-year-old's group followed him to a friend's villa, where they swam in the pool. He asserts that later, he and the minor went to the same room to sleep, without any physical contact occurring.

Furthermore, the 17-year-old reportedly refused a DNA test and a forensic examination.

The minor reported that on Thursday night, she met the 23-year-old through a mutual acquaintance, and subsequently, the young man led her to a space where, she alleges, he raped her. The 23-year-old was arrested on Friday.
