Serres: Car Found on Mount Belles Not Related to Missing Firefighter

A car found on Mount Belles in Serres does not belong to the 45-year-old commander of the Ano Poroi Fire Station, Konstantinos Ginis, who has been missing since last Tuesday.
The vehicle, discovered near the Papadopoula outpost by Bulgarian hunters, initially had similar characteristics to the missing firefighter's car. However, after examination by a Fire Department team, it was determined that it does not belong to him. According to reports, the car had been at the location for some time, abandoned by a migrant smuggler.
The large-scale search operation for Konstantinos Ginis continues with firefighters, special EMAK units, volunteers, and police officers. Volunteers from OFKATH, EPOMEA Sintikis, the Civil Protection of the Municipality of Sintiki, the Rodopoli Hunting Association, and 4x4 teams are also participating in the operation, and drones are being used.
