Piraeus: Vehicle Fires – Arson Suspected

Fires broke out in Piraeus early Friday morning, destroying two vehicles and a tricycle. The incidents occurred in close proximity on Origonis Street and Amorgos Street.

The first fire started in a private car at approximately 4 a.m. on Origonis Street. A few minutes later, a commercial vehicle was engulfed in flames on Amorgos Street. A tricycle located near the vehicles was also destroyed.

Initial indications suggest possible arson. Authorities are investigating the cause of the fires.
