Palaio Faliro: Investigation Continues for Dead Girl

The investigation continues to identify a girl, approximately 3 years old, who was found dead on a beach in Palaio Faliro on Sunday. So far, no one has searched for the child.

The forensic report indicated that the death was due to drowning and there is no evidence of criminal activity. The injuries on the child's body are considered post-mortem.

Authorities are considering the possibility that the child's parents may have also drowned. Toxicological tests are expected to shed more light on the case.

Private investigator Giorgos Tsoukalis stated that the long-sleeved swimsuit the child was wearing may indicate origin from a Muslim country.

The Coast Guard's investigations are continuing, and missing children lists are being examined.
