OPEKEPE: Mother of Alleged Ringleader and Two Others Released on Conditions

The mother of the alleged ringleader of a criminal organization and two other defendants have been released on conditions in connection with the case of illegal subsidies from OPEKEPE.

According to reports, the two defendants, a father and son, claimed they were unaware of the improperly granted subsidies during the period 2019-2025. The remaining defendants' testimonies are continuing.

The mother of the alleged ringleader was subjected to the restrictive conditions of a travel ban and a bail of 60,000 euros, by unanimous decision of the European investigator and the European prosecutor.
