Pallini Satanists: Crimes, Orgies, and Revelations

The case of the Pallini Satanists is one of the darkest chapters in Greek criminal history. Two young women lost their lives, and dozens of families were affected.
On December 29, 1993, the arrests of Asimakis Katsoulas, Manos Dimitrokalis, and Dimitra Margeti, known as the "horror gang," began. Black magic rituals, sexual orgies, and crimes were revealed.
The first murder was that of 14-year-old Dora Syropoulou in August 1992. Dora was taken to a remote area in Sesi Koropi, where she was strangled and burned.
A year later, on Great Wednesday of 1993, 28-year-old Garyfallia Giourga was raped and murdered in a deserted spot in Koropi.
Manos Dimitrokalis confessed the crimes to a priest, leading to the arrests. Asimakis Katsoulas and Manos Dimitrokalis were sentenced to two life sentences. Dimitra Margeti was sentenced to 17 years.
Margeti was released in 2001, Dimitrokalis in 2013, and Katsoulas in 2016.
