ELPIS Hospital Alert Ends: Man Threatens to Jump

An alert was triggered at ELPIS Hospital when a man threatened to jump from the third floor.

Police negotiators persuaded the man, approximately 30 years old, to come down. Firefighters with a special rescue mattress were also at the scene.

The man was transferred inside the hospital where he was examined by a psychiatrist.
