Kos: 13-year-old accused of revenge porn involving classmates

Shock in Kos after a report of revenge porn involving minors. A 13-year-old is accused of distributing videos of his classmates on Instagram since June.

The case was revealed after a complaint by the father of a 13-year-old to the Kos Crime Prosecution and Investigation Department. The videos distributed by the 13-year-old depicted his minor classmates engaging in sexual acts.

A case file was opened against the 13-year-old for revenge porn involving minors, while his parents face charges of neglect of supervision of a minor. There were no arrests due to the expiration of the in flagrante delicto period.
