Crete: Researcher Detained Over 'Quantum' Search for Missing Man

A researcher has been detained in Chania, Crete, for claiming to use 'quantum technology' to locate 33-year-old doctor Alexis Tsikopoulos, who has been missing since December 7.

The researcher claimed to have obtained hair samples from the missing man's parents and, through a process based on quantum physics and satellite usage, located traces of Alexis Tsikopoulos in the Souda port area.

Authorities are considering an arrest for fraud, as the 33-year-old's parents may have been convinced of the method's effectiveness. The investigation into the doctor's disappearance continues.
