Gkyzi: 74-year-old stabs his wife and falls to his death

A 74-year-old man was found dead in Gkyzi after allegedly stabbing his 67-year-old wife and then falling from a building rooftop. The woman is hospitalized in serious condition.

According to reports, the incident occurred on Sunday afternoon at 37 Lokridos Street. The man, after an argument with his wife who allegedly suffered from dementia, injured her with a knife. He then went to the roof and fell to his death.

Police and an ambulance arrived at the scene and confirmed his death. Police found the knife near the perpetrator. A note to a relative was also found, stating that he 'couldn't take this situation anymore'.

The police are investigating the incident.
